Fellow Investment Partners is led by Partners Joshua Greenlee and Lucas Larson, who bring over two decades of combined leadership experience in commercial real estate operations and finance.
Joshua and Lucas have spent more than a decade leading operations, underwriting, and finance for commercial real estate across the Kansas City metro. Together they have overseen retail, office, and industrial portfolios with more than $500 million in assets under management, guided properties through the COVID-19 pandemic while sustaining strong performance, identified and executed numerous acquisitions, and managed more than $100 million in limited partner equity.
Today the firm is based in Shawnee, where both partners live and raise their families and take an active part in the local EDC and Chamber of Commerce.
